Got a chair that wobbles? A table with a broken leg? Drawers that stick?
Or maybe you’ve got an older piece of furniture that’s still worth keeping, but it needs a bit of work.
I can help with that.
Auckland Based Service
Fully Insured
If your furniture is loose, broken, worn or just not working the way it should, I can help.
If a chair, table or other piece feels wobbly, the joints may have come loose over time.
I can sort that out and get it feeling solid again.
If a leg is cracked, broken or unstable, or the frame has been damaged, I can repair it and get the piece back into good shape.
Sticky drawers, cupboard doors that don’t sit right, or furniture that doesn’t open and close properly can all be sorted.
Scratches, dents, chips and marks can make furniture look rough even when it’s still perfectly usable.
I can tidy that up and improve the overall finish.
If you’ve got an older piece you want to keep, I can restore it carefully and help bring it back to life without taking away its character.
If the furniture feels weak or unstable, I can strengthen it so it’s safer and lasts longer.
I don’t do upholstery itself, but if the wooden frame underneath a chair or sofa needs repairing, I can help with that.
Some furniture problems are a bit unusual. If that’s the case, I can look at a practical fix and work out the best way to sort it.
I care about the finish
Furniture repairs should not look rough or feel like a temporary patch-up. I take the time to do it properly.
I fix the actual problem
If something is weak, loose or broken, I sort the cause of it, not just the surface issue.
Good solid repairs
The goal is simple — the furniture should feel safe, sturdy and ready to use again.
